  • DMUSD Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) - Provide your input.

The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF all local education agencies (i.e. DMUSD) are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified pursuant to EC Section 52060(d). We value your input in this collaborative process as we review progress on the LCAP and revise actions for the upcoming school year.

  • A Message From Our Superintendent May-June 2016

We have gone Full STEAM+ ahead! We are on a journey from now to “WOW”! The 2015-2016 school year marked the kick-off for the official transformation to STEAM+ for our children, and each day throughout the year our students have experienced meaningful learning firsthand! The STEAM+ approach has allowed students opportunities to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned to real-world, relevant applications and has taught our children how to think, question, discover, and learn. Thank you for your personal contributions to our Del Mar Schools Education Foundation made by DMUSD parents and members of our community. Every school in the Del Mar Union School District will again be able to provide a high-quality, vibrant STEAM+ educational experience in the 2016-2017 school year as a result of community support and district commitment.
