Records Requests
Board Policy/Administrative Regulation 5125 (Student Records) states that to provide copies of any student record, the district shall charge a reasonable fee not to exceed the actual cost of furnishing the copies. No charge shall be made to locate or retrieve any student record.
DMUSD does not charge a fee for an electronic copy of any student records. To provide a hard copy, the district charges a fee of $0.10 per page, as well as any postage fees incurred in mailing the record (if applicable). Fees will be invoiced at the time the request is completed.
Records requests need to be submitted in writing to Justine Stacy, Executive Assistant for Student Services, at jstacy@dmusd.org.
